Plain-language terms for buying from The Terp Factory. The short version: everything is printed to order, we replace anything that arrives damaged or wrong, and we never sell cannabis through this site.
The Terp Factory (“we”, “us”, “our”) sells made-to-order, print-on-demand apparel bearing original strain artwork. These Terms of Service govern your use of theterpfactory.com and any order you place through it.
By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You must be 21 years of age or older to use this site and to place an order. By ordering, you represent that you meet that requirement.
We currently ship within the United States only. We may decline or cancel an order that we cannot lawfully or practically fulfil.
Every item is printed individually after you order it. Nothing is held in stock. This is why we do not carry traditional seasonal inventory, and it is also why each piece can vary very slightly from another — print placement, ink texture and garment measurements are produced by hand-operated equipment and are not identical between units.
Product photos and mockups are representations of the artwork on a garment, not photographs of the exact unit you will receive. Small variations are normal and are not defects. We aim for colors to match closely, but screens and printing processes can shift a shade.
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it and take payment. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is mispriced, if we suspect fraud, or if the artwork or listing contains an error.
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you check out. Sales tax is applied where required and is shown before you pay.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. See our Privacy Policy for how payment data is handled.
Orders are printed in 2–7 business days and typically ship within 3–4 business days after that, for a total of roughly 5–11 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays are outside our control.
Shipping is included in the price you pay — there is no separate shipping charge and no hidden fees added after your order is placed.

Because every item is printed specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. We do replace or refund anything that arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or wrong, and we offer size exchanges within 14 days on unworn items.

This website sells apparel and merchandise only. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell cannabis to any person, and no cannabis product can be purchased, paid for, or shipped through this site or its checkout.
Our strain art celebrates the culture. Any non-merchandise inquiry is handled separately, is subject to its own agreements and verification, and is available only where permitted by applicable law and licensing.
All artwork, designs, logos, photography, copy and the #ONLYTHEKNOW mark on this site are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, resell, or use them commercially without our written permission.
When you buy a garment, you own the garment. You do not acquire any right to the artwork on it, and you may not reproduce that artwork for resale or distribution.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any product, drop or part of the site at any time. Every item is printed to order, so nothing is held in stock and nothing can sell out.
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order governs that order. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Colors and appearance may differ from what you see on your screen.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to an order or your use of the site will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot legally be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma.
